ELIXMODE is a global AI-native commerce platform built and operated by Mohammad Arsh Jawaad (CEO) and Mohammad Sharique Khan (CTO), based in Bengaluru, India.

When this policy says "ELIXMODE", "we", "us", or "our", it means the ELIXMODE platform reachable at elixmode.shop and its associated services. This policy covers all data processed through those services.

We collect only what we need to operate the platform. Nothing more.

We do not buy data from third parties. We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers, health information, or biometric data.

Every piece of data we collect has a specific, documented reason. Here is what we use your data for:

Platform operation — to create and maintain your account, process your transactions, and deliver the core features of the platform.

Product improvement — to understand how people use ELIXMODE so we can fix what is broken and build what is missing. This analysis is aggregated and does not identify you individually.

Communication — to send you account-related notifications (security alerts, receipts, service updates). We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Security and fraud prevention — to protect your account and the platform from unauthorised access and abuse.

Legal compliance — to meet obligations under applicable law, including tax and financial record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not profile you for advertising.

We share your data only where necessary, and only with parties bound by appropriate data protection obligations.

Service providers — we use a small number of third-party services to operate the platform: hosting infrastructure, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers access only the data they need to perform their specific function and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required to do so by law, court order, or a legitimate government request. We will notify you of such requests where legally permitted to do so.

Business transfers — if ELIXMODE is acquired or merges with another entity, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance and you will have the right to request deletion before any transfer.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

We use cookies — small files stored in your browser — to keep the platform working correctly and to understand how it is used.

Essential cookies keep you logged in and maintain your session. Without these, the platform cannot function. They cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns — which features are used, where people drop off, and how performance can be improved. We use privacy-respecting analytics tools that do not fingerprint or cross-track users across the web.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels of any kind. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie preferences panel.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, plus a short period afterward to allow for account recovery and to meet legal obligations.

Account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and financial regulations.

Support communications are retained for 2 years from the date of the last message in a thread.

Usage and analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to 2 years to support product decisions.

You have meaningful control over your data. These rights apply to all users of the ELIXMODE platform.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at elixmode.co@zohomail.in with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

We take security seriously. Not because we have to — because your trust is the foundation of everything we are building.

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Passwords are hashed and salted using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plaintext. Access to production systems is limited to authorised team members only.

In the event of a data breach that puts your personal data at risk, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and we will tell you what happened, what data was affected, and what we are doing about it.

If you discover a security vulnerability in our platform, please report it responsibly to elixmode.co@zohomail.in. We will investigate and respond to all responsible disclosures.

ELIXMODE is a business platform and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will delete their account and all associated data promptly. If you believe a child has registered, contact us at elixmode.co@zohomail.in.

We may update this policy as the platform grows and as legal requirements evolve. When we make material changes — changes that affect your rights or how we use your data — we will notify you by email at least 14 days before those changes take effect.

Minor changes (corrections, clarifications, formatting) may be made without notice. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent update.

Continuing to use ELIXMODE after a policy update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with changes, you have the right to delete your account before they take effect.
